Why does RAV4 Prime charging stop in hot or cold weather?
Charging may slow or stop when the vehicle, battery, mobile charger, adapter, or outlet becomes too hot. Very low temperatures can also lengthen charging while the vehicle manages battery temperature. Save the exact message and light pattern. Stop using any plug or outlet that becomes abnormally hot.
